Totally fine: Lysine is not a herb but an amino acid. I don't know if your supplement also has herbs, and if so, which herbs, but there are no known interactions between Valtrex and lysine and between any herbs and Valtex, so it should be safe to take the combination every day you take Valtrex. Pay attention: Abreva does very little, not worth the money. l-Lysine is an old scam: it did nothing 40 years ago and it does nothing now. Simple understanding of biochemistry of amino acids is enough to dispel this silly scam. See a dermatologist. Are you sure it is herpes? Valacyclovir can be helpful if dosed properly and is safe.
