Some people with hsv almost never get outbreaks, some get them frequently- the most important factor is your immunity. Healthy diet, stress reduction, a good mulitvitamin & immune-boosting herbs like andrographis &medicinal mushrooms like reishi can help. My favorite home remedy is lemon balm.
