Don't worry : The topical steroid cream that you are using is a "catabolic" steroid, legal and not part of a job application drug screen. The drug screen would look for "anabolic" steroids which are what body builders use to get very large muscles. A strong topical steroid like betamethasone may provide a minimal amount of improvement. Basically, you're taking advantage of the side effect of prolonged use which is skin thinning.
