Not likely . . .: Varicoceles might affect sperm production by warming up testes but they won't affect testosterone production. If your pituitary isn't sending out enough lh, your t level might be low. Or if you've had trauma, injury (torsion) or infection (mumps orchitis) that damaged testes, your t level could then be lower than in past. Check w/your family doc to determine cause prior to starting therapy. ...Read more
I have a varicose vein in my leg, now ive discovered a pea sized lump (not movable) under my skin where the varicose vein is. tumor??so scared
Keep an eye on it: I would not worry about it right now. But do check it once weekly and monitor its size. Unless it grows bigger over the next 1-2 months, it is unlikely to be a serious matter. I suspect it is a small clot of blood which should subside in a month or two. If it does not get smaller or if it grows bigger, get it checked by your doctor.. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

As and when you can, you should get it removed. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Pain in right testicle that radiates up to right side of abdomen. Not epididymis. Small painful nodule where vas deferens and testicle converge?
See a doctor: While it sounds like it could well be epididymitis, it could also be a kidney stone or torsion of a testicular appendage. How do you know it's not epididymitis? Early on even the best of tests can yield false negatives though my money is on a torsion of a testicular appendage usually located at the top of testicle between the testicle and the epididymis. You should go to the ER now. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
