Does the pain radiate anywhere. How often are you moving your bowels. Are you having any problem with urination. Is there any vaginally discharge. Are you on your menstruation cycle and if not where are you at in your monthly cycle. Have you had this pain like this in the past. Have you had any surgery to your abdomen. Vague indeed: Electrolyte imbalance (hang over) , trauma not recalled, lactic acid build up for what ever reason (excessive standing, walking or even passing out with one leg pinned under the other) or spending too much time on a bar stool resulting in compression of the sciatic nerve. No: A primary ovarian cancer is hard to dx because mostly asymptomatic. When it spreads, it induces ascites from omentum. Then spreads to bowel where GI symptoms arise. Aching in hips and pelvic especially on moving is sign of musculo skeletal problem. A pelvic CAT scan can resolve issue, if at all needed. ...Read more
