We have been trying to get pregnant for past few months.
But last month, I got a vaginal yeast infection. At that time I was not aware that I was already pregnant. So, I used Monistat3 for curing yeast infection.
But now, I realized that I am pregnant.

Ask the DR: Zithromax is probably safe during pregnancy. But it is a common cause for yeast problems. Unless you have both high fever and significant sinus pain, it will do nothing for sinus congestion. Drainage, with sniffer or oral med ,is the way to relieve sinus symptoms. Antifungal medicines: There are several products available otc such as vagisil and monistat which can be quite helpful. Gentle cleansing with mild soap/warm water and use of above products. They only work for fungal/yeast infections and nothing else, thus make sure it is the right diagnosis.
