I have a vaginal yeast infection , it doesn't hurt or anything but there's lots of thrush...will it go away by itself? Sorry I'm Not goin to a dr :/

Depends: First need to know why you are having yeast infection& oral thrush. Sometimes this is an indication of underlying other medical condition especially diabetes & immunodeficient state.
