I: I think what you are describing are the skene's glands ducts or the bartholin's glands ducts. The skene's glands are closer to the urethra (pee hole). The bartholin's glands are lower (closer to the base of the vagina. There are perfectly normal. Occasionally the ducts can get clogged and cause painful swelling that may get infection also.
