There is a gland in the vaginal area where some people are known to get cyst in. I can recall the name of the gald or the cyst. Its responsible I guess for lubricating the vaginal area I think? But if a cyst is on it can it cause vaginal dryness?
I thought the reason I was having vaginal dryness was because a Bartholin's cyst that I get sometimes. I haven't had in a very long time but still vaginal dryness. I haven't always been like this. But every since this cyst has formed I have vaginal drynes
The cyst is not why: A bartholins cyst is not a direct cause of vaginal dryness. Vaginal lubrication is caused by transudation of fluid from the veins around the vagina.
