Need to be seen .: There are several things this could be. By the description it is most likely sebaceous cysts or molluscum contagiosum. The latter being small lesions with a pearl-like core caused by a virus. Can be treated but also self limited, however may take 18 months to resolve without treatment. Stop shaving 4 now: I think you may have irritated the sensitive skin by shaving and perhaps with the soap, cream or oil you use. Keep the area clean gently - cotton balls and warm (not hot) water, then baby oil. Let the hair grow in fully and wait several weeks - even months before considering removal. Your : Your symptoms could be any one of a number of things including a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, trichamonas, or some other infection or it could be something more rare such as a vaginal dermatits. You need a complete gyne exam with cultures and examination of your vaginal fluid.
