See GYN: how did you deliver the baby, normal, or C section. was that your first baby. how big of a cut you had, was it bey the delivery doctor, or spontaneous rupture,and who repaired it. go to the doctor that deliver you for examination and answers meanwhile you can sit in bath tub full of warm water . keep your bowels soft. your headache could be secondary to stress associated with this health issues. ...Read more

Give more time: Your tissues may not be back to normal. If this was a difficult delivery with prolonged pushing and or forceps you may have some trauma to the pudendal nerve. It may take 12-16 weeks before sensation starts to come back. You can get your dr to refer you to physical therapy to get the pelvic floor muscles stronger. ...Read more
