Uvula edema: Hello, the swelling of the uvula will take some time for resolution. The uvula lies in a dependent position. The timing will also depend on the degree of swelling. In the oropharynx, exactly in the wall that is behind the uvula, I can see a raised red spot that is 0.5 CM diameter. It has red streaks coming from it.

I noticed my uvula touches the back of my tongue never noticed this before it isn't swollen or red or have bumps it's just seems long?
First, it can be simply normal for you especially if you have no symptoms.
However, some people get large and swollen ones when either allergic to something or a possible infection or actually also from snoring as the uvula bangs back and forth and gets traumatized.
