Yes: You should be fine as long as you are hitting about 50-60gr, which it sounds like you are. Any more than that and you are likely to just urinate it out. Make sure you eat a post workout meal with ~40% carbs and 60% protein balance to maximize muscle gains. Hope this helps! ...Read more

OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better. Avoid sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Watch portion sizes. No tobacco, illicit drugs & low to no alcohol use. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs sleep /night. Not effective: Cancer cells survive by outcompeting your normal cells. They certainly thrive on sugar, but all cells do. Difficulty w/ swallo: Somebody must have thought the person your concerned about has difficulty with chewing and or swallowing his food. Then he might get food into his lungs and get an aspiration pneumonia. So he is being fed like a child. I don't know if he has dentures yet but that would be another consideration in feeding issues. NOT healthy at all!: I have no idea what jacob's is but everything else your eating is bread/ starches. The healthiest diet (for both weight loss and good health) is to eat mostly vegetables & fruits with healthy protein and to minimize starch.
