My husband ate mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits , fried chicken.Then ate 2 Special K bars. Blood glucose after 3 hours 170. Is that normal?
Wanting to gain muscle, i get my protein from greek yogurt, Special K meal bars w/peanut butter, chicken, turkey. Is that enough? I'm very picky

Difficulty w/ swallo: Somebody must have thought the person your concerned about has difficulty with chewing and or swallowing his food. Then he might get food into his lungs and get an aspiration pneumonia. So he is being fed like a child. I don't know if he has dentures yet but that would be another consideration in feeding issues. NOT healthy at all!: I have no idea what jacob's is but everything else your eating is bread/ starches. The healthiest diet (for both weight loss and good health) is to eat mostly vegetables & fruits with healthy protein and to minimize starch. Is eating fresh water fish wiser than eating salt water fish becoz of its low sodium content, when u want 2 increase protein intake for bodybuilding?
