I do not have a uti. It burns during sex and feels like I have to urinate. Afterwards, it burns to pee. It also burns when i drink sodas.

Vaginitis/cystitis: It could be that you have a vaginal infection (either yeast or bacterial) and it's localized to the area around your urethra or that when your acidic urine touches the tissue at urethra, it burns. You could also have interstitial cystitis (ic). There are foods and drinks women with ic should avoid, high on the list is soda/carbonated beverages. Consider seeing md to get checked for these. ...Read more

I always feel the need to urinate a lot 3-4 days after sex. It never burns, just a constant need to go & sometimes cloudy pee. Is it a recurring UTI?

Sex/UTI: There may be mild trauma to the urethra (tube from bladder out) depending on the position of sex and the duration and aggressiveness. This may create UTI, but in order to prove this you must be seen and evaluated. Guessing because of cloudy urine (which can occur quite normally) is not the way to solve this. See your PCP. Best wishes. ...Read more

Bleeding from vaginal hole, while having burning sensation from pee hole, & slight cramps.hurts to urinate,is it a UTI?

STD? PID?: Urinary tract infections don't cause vaginal bleeding or cramps. Depending on your age and STD risks, I would be worried about an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, which might be progressing to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, i.e. fallopian tube infection). Whatever the cause, these symptoms require prompt medical attention. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck! ...Read more

Hematuria: Hi. You need to see a doctor. It sounds like you have red blood cells in the urine (hematuria). The most common cause is infection, but there are several other causes as well. Urgency (feeling like you have to pee every 10 minutes) can also be a symptom of infection. Please see your doctor for a urinalysis (and culture, if indicated). ...Read more

Hi, I have problem where I feel the need to urinate frequently but most times nothing will come out and my urine has an odd smell but not a uti?

See a doctor: You have 2 symptoms of a urinary tract infection - urinary urgency and an abnormal smell. Thus, I suspect you have at UTI. You should see a doctor for a urinalysis and an appropriate course of medication. If you don't get this treated, there is a risk it could progress - we definitely don't want that. I would drink-drink-drink water now, while you make arrangements to get to the doctors. ...Read more
