? ovarian cyst: Your uterus sounds normal. You don't say where the cystic lesion is, but most likely it's in the ovary. If so, it needs evaluation, since it's not normal, and likely some type tumor. If the cystic lesion is in the uterus, i'm not sure what to think. ...Read more

Not entirely sure of: how best to answer your question. Antroverted is the more common position (80%) of the uterus and size varies. I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but fibroids or other tumors or abnormalities would be expected to have abnormal thickness, irregular shape (NON-homogenous) and spots of problems (focal abnormality) .. and the report implies nothing abnormal. ...Read more

No worries, normal: The scan you describe is normal. They describe the ovaries as normal (having multiple follicles versus a mass etc.). The uterus is normal size and it is rv which stands for retroverted. That means it is tilted toward the back of your pelvis and is otherwise not important (its just the way you're built). The endometrium is the lining of your uterus and the thickness measurement is also normal. ...Read more
