Depends: Typically if you have pain at 7 weeks, it could be intestinal or related to your pregnancy (which is only a few centimeters long at this point). If you can't get to a clinic/lab over the weekend, you can drink lots of cranberry juice. You can also clean yourself off VERY well, go into a clean cup or jar and check for any odor.
