Hi, my daughged has earache. I that I can put a drop of vegtable oil mixed with water in it? Is this true? I don't have any olive oil right now.

Earache. Have no olive oil, just vegetable oil can this be used? Have used paracetamol but no good yet.
More time: Paracetamol should be given at the proper dose at least 4 times a day and for 2-3 days. If there are other signs of problems like a significant fever, or any drainage from the ear or severe pain an exam would be indicated. Irrigation: The oil may have solidified and is attached to either the ear canal skin or even the ear drum. Try 3% hydrogen peroxide, 4 times a day (dropper full) for a week.
