Practice Practice: White muscle fibers stronger contraction but fatigue more quickly. Red muscle fibers not as strong but much better endurance. For both, complex brain control primary. I feel that you can go down to about 1000 calories per day at the lowest, but this really depends on how active you are. If you are exercising a lot, you may need to take in more calories than that.
