Can I use ichthammol ointment on pustules that haven't came to surface yet. I have clear skin, but here and their a pustle may appear?

Hemorrhoids.: Hemorrhoids are blood vessels at the anus which have become enlarged or inflamed. There are no studies showing any usage of ichthammol for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Sometimes referred to as a "drawing salve", it can soften the skin over a boil to help it come to a head. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties which makes it very neat!
