Depends on dose: Too much will cause diarrhea, and Magnesium Sulfate by mouth tastes bitter. 1 tablespoon of epsom salts dissolved in 6-8 oz water is a laxative dose, and it tastes quite horrible, but it is as safe as taking any other form of magnesium. Epsom salt: Unless you're drinking the epsom salt, i simply don't see how a bath (ie, topical) epsom salt could possibly interact with Lisinopril which is in your blood stream. A nice, warm/hot bath should be a very good treatment for cramps and muscular pain and is a time honored rx (as in ancient greeks - used by hipprocates himself!). ...Read more
