The best thing you can do during pregnancy to avoid hemorrhoid issues and constipation is to be sure you are drinking 80-100 oz of caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily and put up with the frequent urination. Things like preparation H will not address internal hemorrhoids. A doctor could inject the lesions so that those will shrink. If that does not help, it may be necessary to surgically remove the hemorrhoids.
