Urinary leukocytes: I am assuming your urine culture was done and was negative, right? White cells greater per 5 per high power field can be a sign of inflammation or infection. Almost normal urine: Must be other reasons for the ultrasound recommendation. The urine results aren't very abnormal. It could result from mild dehydration overnight and fasting.
