For the past few weeks I have a strong disgusting odor in my urine that will clear a bathroom. The smell is a mix between ammonia and yeast.

Odor of urine can be from what you eat (i.e., asparagus, etc.), from metabolic byproducts (i.e., ketones in diabetics, etc.), from microbes growing in the bladder (uti), or potentially from deteriorating tissue within the urinary tract (such as malignancy, etc.). BV? Trich? Other?: This situation is too complex for clear answers online. Fishy vaginal odor strongly suggests BV or trichomonas, despite negative tests so far.
