Sterile pyuria: Means presence of white cells in the urine in the absence of bacterial infection on culture. Depends: If this is a full 24 hour urine collection 9.3 mg/24 hours is low. If this is a spot urine collected at 7:30am and is mg/dl it is normal. If you think you might have hypoadrenalism you should see a real endocrinologist. ...Read more
