Yes: Like all medicines it does have side effects. Alfuzosin (brand name Uroxatral) belongs to a group of medicines called alpa blockers. Althogh rare it can cause dizziness &/or headache. Doctor gave me some medicine n herbal to make my period comes. But period is still 1 month late. Blood/urine negative. Why medicine is not working?
