Does low vitamin D mean serious underlying issue like cancer? i havent test yet but my CBC, liver, urine, lipid are all normal. I have no symptoms.

Get a urine analysis and look at your urine's specific gravity. If low, you are having too many fluids causing your frequent urination. Depends: There is little evidence for the yearly "general medical exam" (GME). Testing should be age and individual appropriate based on evidence based medicine.
