Lower abdo pain on and off for a week. Sometimes having urine frequency. Had urine test that came back negative. Bowels normal. Ovulation?
See answer: Intermittent lower abdominal pain for a week is lasting longer than one would expect if ovulation (24-48 hrs) was the cause. Cause of lower abd. Pain is usually urological, gyne, or bowel-related. No UTI and no bowel symptoms would suggest that gyne evaluation may be best place to start evaluation if symptoms persist. Pelvic ultrasound or ct scan may be indicated. ...Read more

Painful 5cm complex ov cyst w/debris, low level echoes & mild free fluid in cul de sac. 27yo. Likelihood of malignancy? Can this cause urine frequency
Malignancy: In your age group (27 is correct, yes?) not terribly high for malignancy but not out of the question. benign tumor (non-cancer) or functional cyst is much more likely. Clinical history would be very helpful, blood testing sometimes too. Very dubious that it would cause urinary frequency. Hope this help! ...Read more

I have had blood picked up in urine on dipstick for months. Some urine frequency. Had transvaginal ultrasound of bladder. 30 female. Maybe bladder ca?
Blood in urine: Although bladder cancer is always a concern it wouldn't be first on my list in a 30 year old female. A possibility which may have been missed on the tests you've had so far is glomerulonephritis (microscopic kidney disease). In your case the blood is probably just a consequence of your use of blood thinners: warfarin and lovenox (enoxaparin). Good luck! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

I'm a 76 yr. old female. I had to urine cultures within a week .I had both negative results.i still have frequency with small flow. In no pain, why?
Different reasons: Urinating small amounts frequently can have multiple causes.A bladder irritated by infection is common - if recent antibiotics, culture can be negative. A problem with nervous system (from meds or nerve problem) can be another - if bladder becomes over-distended, small amounts get urinated but bladder remains full. Inflammation w/o infection (eg interstitial cystitis) is another, other causes too ...Read more
I have frequency, urgency syndrome already. Lately my back hurts bad and there is some blood in my urine. Could this be related or from something else?

The past 2 months I have eaten a lot less. Decreased frequency in urination despite drinking 3L of water daily. Urine never light/clear. Normal?
Water goes somewhere: 3L a day is a bit much. But if it is that much for weeks/months, then obviously the fluid is not accumulating, and nothing bad is happening . It is a relatively large amount of intake compared to average, but there is no fluid retention occurring, so doesn't seem like there are consequences from it.cannot say in your particular case. ...Read more
I've been having cloudy urine for several days with no pain, no frequency, but an odor that smells like coffee. I do not drink coffee. What's wrong?
UTI?: I would consider the diagnosis of a urinary tract infection which can cause cloudy urine which smells unusual. The coffee smell may be related to a particular organism in the urine or it may be that the organism breaks down substances in the urine causing it to smell like coffee. Get a urine analysis and culture. ...Read more
