Possibly normal: Some bleeding after a pcnl up to a week could be normal, and/or you could be passing what doctors call "gravel" (small debris of stones). Talk to the urologist who did the pcnl and he or she would be able to confirm that for you. ...Read more

Normal: There are a variety of aches and pains that come and go during the recovery period of a traumatic event such as an abdominal operation. These will eventually fade away in the coming 6-8 weeks. May have some residual. Also very common to become fatigued easily for weeks to months, but there is high variability of this.
