Urine culture came back clean, however, (7 days later) I have a white discharge, strong odor and itchiness around outside. Extreme discomfort! ?

What does high white blood cell but no nitrites in urine mean? My urine culture came back clean but have high white blood cell count.
Mixed urine flora: Urine normally should contain salt, water and waste products.
