UTI? PID? See MD now: This sounds like an internal infection. Pyelonephritis (urinary tract infection involving the kidneys) would fit, except wouldn't normally cause vaginal discharge. Pelvic inflammatory disease or PID -- fallopian tube infection -- may be possible, but usually causes abdominal more than back pain. The main thing is to see a doctor ASAP. Hematuria: About 1% of folks have lifelong blood in the urine which isn't problematic. If it's new, we need to rule out a tumor or injury first. The blood pressure isn't worrying me.
