Hematuria: About 1% of folks have lifelong blood in the urine which isn't problematic. If it's new, we need to rule out a tumor or injury first. The blood pressure isn't worrying me. Unlikely: If the reason for intercostal block was traumatic injury you have reasons to have blood in the urine and back pain.
