Either or other: Your symptoms are consistent with both irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease among others. I am not sure what physical exam means and it is very important HOW the stool blood test is done to be accurate. Start taking a daily fiber supplement and drink plenty of fluid. Prostatitis?: Your meds show ciproflox and levoflox. Need only one of the two, they are similar. Your symptoms suggest prostatitis rather than simple uti. It needs longer duration of therapy & has slower resolution of symptoms.
