If you void more or less frequently than this it can be normal, but if you are concerned i'd bring it up with your physician. ...Read more
Will vary widely.:
How often you void depends on how much urine is produced and when bladder sensations prompt voiding. Every person is different. It depends on fluid consumed, alcohol and caffeine. Some prefer to void often with small volumes, others can wait.
Voiding every 1-6 hours is common. Less than or more than that may have a cause that needs evaluation. If you are bothered or worried, seek an evaluation. ...Read more
We should not put a fix number on everything such as 8 glasses of water a day, sleep 8 hrs a night, work 8 hrs a day, etc. Also, according to aua, if someone voids >8 times in 24 hrs, it means she/he has urinary frequency. That's nuts. But on average healthy one, an adult may void 3-6 times a day with a volume of 200-500 cc each time in 8-15 seconds.
