Have had urinary urgency/ frequency and bladder leak post menopause for years. Take .5 mg Klonopin (clonazepam) 2 x's daily. This is now controlled! Good thing?

Not more than 5 days: Pyridium (phenazopyridine) probably should not be used up for more than 5 days consecutively. You should consider a re-evaluation/re-assessment to r/o a UTI. Pyridium (phenazopyridine) is just a topical anesthetic and will not treat/eliminate any infection. ...Read more

Could be: Could be diabetes. Or it could be weakening of your pelvic muscles which is common in women who have given birth multiple times. It could also be due to stress or infection. See your physician for an appropriate work up. ...Read more
