Don't worry: perhaps under a microscope with the urine concentrated by a centrifuge a cell or two of blood may be seen or not. There may be blood cells that broke up. You have had a great work up.. ...Read more

See a urologist. : For now, i would not discontinue the medication as prescribed, as there might be other information that indicates infection. Hopefully a urine culture was sent, which will confirm the diagnosis. Blood in the urinary tract should be evaluated, however, and i recommend seeing a urologist who can perform a full evaluation with history, physical exam, and urine testing. ...Read more
