Congested prostate: Urethral strictures usually cause decreased flow, not usually painful unless associated with uti. I don't know how you can tell you have a congested prostate without symptoms. Weak stream and seminal fluid drainage during bowell movements can occur specially with constipation or severe straining with bm's.
