See your doctor: Confusing -- a recent question was from a male who described redness of his urethra, but this question says you are female. Are you that person? Either way, I'm not confident self-diagnosis of "inflammation" is accurate, but meatal protrusion should be professionally examined, so see your doctor. Maybe genital warts? No: No it is elective surgery the only problem if it grew and block the opening. Take your time to balance the pros and the cons between surgery or not . Take into consideration surgery could have complication too ...Read more

Has a doctor advised: ...you to do so? If the cyst is small and not causing any problems so far, it might be best to leave it alone. While surgery is a precise, planned "injury" , it is an injury nonetheless and could cause infection, scar tissue or other problems. Your situation may change in the future. Sore meatus/urethra. Worse after ejaculation. Symptoms since sept 2012. 4 UTI in that time. Urology at a loss. Cirumcision last option. Will it help?

Phimosis: If you have phimosis, a tight foreskin that can't be retracted, circumcision would help. If no phimosis i don't think circumcision would be of much help. I suggest you seek a second opinion from a board certified urologist. ...Read more
