I have a stricture in the urethra near the bladder sphincter I self catheterize would like to know what sounds to buy if any need your advice?
The canal through which urine exits the bladder, discharging the urine externally. In men, it is about 20-cm long with a membranous, prostatic, bulbar, and pendulous segments ending at the glans penis; it gives passage to the spermatic fluid as well as urine. What are symtoms of a urethra strictute my pee comes out slow 30 percent of the time but the other times fast no prostatis does this sound like 1?
Possible: If you have a stricture, the urine flow can still vary considerably. Did this just start or has it been happening for a long time? Is it painful or cloudy? If this is a new condition or if it is getting worse, I would consult with a urologist. If you do have a stricture there is often dribbling of urine and straining to urinate. The best person to consult is a urologist.
Whenever I drink alcohol, the opening of my urethra and anus tingle like they were used or played with? What does this mean medically?
Rubbery airways: Infants have rather rubbery airways that will not become stiff like an adults until 8-10y. The result is a musical quality to many of their coughs or giggles that can mimic a seal barking or produce random squeaks and the like. This is all based in the vibrations within the walls of the airways as they move air in or out. A laughing kid who is happily getting your attention is a good sign it is ok.
Noisy breathing: It could be enlarged tonsils and or adenoids so I would recommend an examination
Is it considered an auditory hallucination if the sound feels to be playing in your head rather than come from the actual source?
Hallucinations: Hallucinations are psychotic processes. Psychosis means the patient is getting external stimuli from the environment through one or more of his or her five senses, that does not objectively exist. In other words there are auditory, visual, olfactory, gustatory, and tactile hallucinations that can be experienced by the patient. Auditory hallucinations, however, are the most common.
When hearing a white noise machine play at night I hear repetive musical sounds that obviously aren't there. What could this be caused by?
YerAnInnateMusician!: The perceptive mind is always looking for identifiable patterns to make sense out of what is being perceived (pattern recognition). Most of the time it adds up correctly. Sometimes not & we make something else out of it. Other times we'll miss things entirely. In most cases, "music" is organized sound, usually attributed to humans, many times other animals, sometimes to chaos (ever heard of Merzbow?)
My 3 year old son is almost perfect. He can play, hear sound, almost busy but can't tell a single word and doesn't respond when we call him. Wt's prob?

Hi. I am 31 yeras old. Last night my wife was playing with my erected penis like a car stick shift and then I heard a loud click sound from the base o?
Was outside in -10 C. Now left ear rings for as long as a sound is played or spoken. Just certain vocals and high pitched sounds.
You are describing: The response of the ear to a noxious injury LOUD SOUNDS are the most common (eg a gunshot etc) I suppose intense cold could damage as well but you have to check this with an Audiologist!! Ask your Primary Care Provider for a referral! Hope this helps! Dr Z
Kneecap tracking.: It could be popping related to the tracking of the kneecap, or it could be a meniscal tear. You should see an orthopedic knee specialist, who can make an accurate diagnosis, and provide the correct treatment.
After playing basketball, my arm hurts from my fingertips up to my elbow. Does this sound serious?
Not normal: Maybe not "serious", but not normal and worth getting checked out.
Can a high pitched sound like scream (editing for a broadway play) in headphones cause hearing loss? Its uncomfortable, is it permanent?
I sprained my ankle last week while playing football. I heard a "pop" sound. It started to hurt immediately and swelled up really quickly.
Old volleyball player and weightlifter. Developed mild supraspinatus tendinosis according to an ultra sound. Is return to play possible?
Absolutely: Return to play if that is 'all u have' should not be a problem. Ss tendinitis can be treated w/ nsaids, rot. Cuff strengthening and an occ. Injection. I would say, however, that you should be thouroghly examined (w/ possible MRI as well) to exclude other coexisting shoulder problems such as instability, slap/labral tears etc. Best of luck!
Male.35.Started playing football recently and initial days pain was there and and now no pain. However clicking sound coming from knee while bend leg?
Meniscal tear: There are several possibilities, but among the more common is a tear in the meniscus. When the meniscus tears, a part of it can move around the knee joint and cause the clicking you are describing. There are other potential causes as well. I would not hesitate to be seen if it persists.See 1 more doctor answer
I have had mycoplasma pneumonia for the past 6 weeks. My chest is clear, im still tired And my voice sounds strained. Can I play netball safely?

Lateral hit to the left knee playing hockey, a grinding cracking sound, & felt some pain, now swelling. Previous ACL reconstruction. What could it be?
I am 19. I used to play football a lot. I started noticing clicking sound in my knees but no pain. Can do anything running etc but clicks when squatin?
Clicking: This clicking sound is usually associated with air pockets or joint fluid moving in the joint. At your age, it is not concerning unless you have limited rom or pain associated with the clicking. Although its may be scary, it's not something to be concerned about as a symptom. Hope this helped, best of luck!See 1 more doctor answer
