Urethra (Overview)

The canal through which urine exits the bladder, discharging the urine externally. In men, it is about 20-cm long with a membranous, prostatic, bulbar, and pendulous segments ending at the glans penis; it gives passage to the spermatic fluid as well as urine. In the female, the urethra is about 4 cm long & in close relation with the anterior wall of the vagina.

At high pressure one could cause air to enter the blood stream and create an air embolism which could cause shock and even death. We use KY Jelly in the urethra but again at very low pressure. White urethra: Would be useful to know age, if sexually active, has partner had infections? Meds u are taking? Hx of diabetes? Suspect you mean the meatus (opening of your urethra). White suggests a monilia infection. I would google white urethra and look at the images and see if it looks like this. Or do video consult and show us.
