Less stress?: Seriously unless you can go live on an island with palm trees, diet changes, less caffeine, less foods that bother you, and otc medications like pepto bismol or complete relief, which is peppermint oil are a good start. Constipation/GERD: Try avoiding different group of food for 2 weeks at a time. first milk and dairy product. and then gluten free diet. Also do not eat 3 hours before bed time.
