Tilt table testing: has a poor sensitivity. Your orthostatic readings are abnormal with a greater than 20 BPM rise in HR. The diagnosis is made 80% of the time on clinical grounds and history, not testing. This is best evaluated and treated by an Electrophysiologist or Cardiologist. Muscles: Scoliosis comes in varying sizes of the curve. The bone curve itself doesn't cause the pain - but the muscles around the bones do. If the curve is mild consider getting a consult from a Physical Therapist. Also, if you happen to be large breasted the weight from a poorly fitted bra can lead to chronic upper back/neck pain. You may have low: Blood Pressure causing dizziness whenever you rise from lying down. Check BP lying, sitting,standing. Wait 1 minute after each change in position. Also, make a note of the pulse.
