I am 34 years old and I have the symptoms of ovarian cancer except for bloating, my stomach is flat and i feel no lumps. Do I have ovarian cancer?

Prepyloric ulcer: stomach bloating and fatigue not characterized for stomach lesion. Bleeding and peforation more common but these symptoms suggest partial outlet obstruction defined by gastroscopy. Cancer unlikely : Typically ovarian cancer has no symptoms until they are very advanced. Your symptoms are nonspecific, an don't point towards a single diagnosis. It depends.: Pain and bloating can be signs of ovarian cancer, but they can be just from a painful period. Ovarian cancer would be more likely in older women, like 40+ years, and most likely in women 70+ years. Ca Ovary, bloating: Hello ~ from the word bloating, I am assuming you mean increase in abdominal size,or enlargement of the belly.If that is what you mean, it usually occurs in Stage 4 of the disease and it is due to peritoneal fluid increase (ascites) and from direct spread from the ovary to the peritoneum.
