Right : Right sided neck pain is probably coming from your facet joints or muscles in your neck. I would recommend rest, hot shower and gently stretching your neck and continue taking advil (ibuprofen) as directed by your primary care doctor for couple days. Stop advil (ibuprofen) if you develop any sided effects such as stomach pain, bleeding, kidney problems or allergic reactions, but not limited to these problems.
