May go away soon: Is the pain after some unusual work or exercise? Is this the first time you are experiencing this? If it is then it will probably go away on its own. But if you have history of this problem or if you had some kind of trauma then you should be seen by your pmd. An over the counter anti-inflammatory would be helpful. Massage and or acupuncture if you prefer to avoid medications.
