See dermatologist: There are several possible reasons for this. This could be due to skin causes such as dry skin, an infection of the scalp, vitamin b deficiency especially b12, or abnormal thyroid function . Occasionally, scalp tenderness and tingling are seen in patients who have chronic headaches such as migraine. The treatment is different for each cause. Check with your gp or dermatologist first. ...Read more

I have had a dull aching, radiating pain in my left arm for about 4-5 days now with tingling sensation in arm but mostly in the fingertips. It gets pr?

Also if there is any nausea or sweating with it get to ER for cardiac work up....you are young for that but you never know. ...Read more

I have a dull aching pain in my lower back (left side) I have numbness and tingling in my left thigh down to my knee. ?

Unpinch the nerve.: Sounds like you have a disk herniation. As long as the pain is tolerable, and you do not have progressive increasing weakness, or lose the ability to control the bladder or bowels, the vast majority of disk herniations can be treated without surgery. I recommend you get a good exam by a spine specialist, then follow instructions on use of medications, stretchs and activities modifications. ...Read more
