Possibilities: In addition to pain management, especially if it's not helping, i would talk to your surgeon about getting new imaging. Consider Massage &PT: the first thing we need to figure out is why. We need to learn more about your spine, do an exam, get xrays and learn more about your work, sports and trauma if any. Physical Therapist: Rt sided lower rib pain. If U use TMill not on back 2 yrs. Do U sleep on Rt side, is your bed too soft- inadeq supporting you?
