Lower leg throbbing pain all the time. shaky legs aftr 20mins exercising. heavy upper arms. dont feel like moving legs and arms much. dont feel rested?
My symptoms are:- top of head feels numb. My upper arms feel really weak like i've been doing heavy exercise. Hands tingle. Forearms ache.

Fatigue & weakness is multifactorial ie caused by many different things such as depression, anemia, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, etc. Tingling in foot suggests peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or physical nerve damage.
