That is odd: Continued pain as you described is of some concern. You may have scar tissue. There may be some injury to the ureter (the tune from the kidney tintype bladder) which may explain the left-sided back pain though this is not that common in C-sections. Finally, it may be chronic back issues or positional problems even nerve stretching or injuries from the procedure itself though less likely. ...Read more

Yes, it sounds like: Anxiety. You are not concerned about normal pregnancy, but a variation, an ectopic, despite having a negative pregnancy test. The pain the the abdomen may be a few things but not uncommon. See your doc. Stress or mood disorders cause poor sleep, low energy and pain without a physical cause. Could be: Could be anovulatory cycle - meaning you didn't ovulate - or a late ovulation. If your periods are not regular, it might be worth doing a pregnancy test again to be sure. If you are usually regular and the hPT is still negative, check with a doctor if the next period is missed too.
