I have a cold and heavy dry cough. Chest pain when breathing ans shallow breathing and left shoulder blade pain when coughing. Very lethargic?

Constant pain: The only cause of constant, or nearly constant pain is rheumatologic or neuritic: joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursae, fasciae ,or nerves. Your observation indicates it does not involve your accessory muscles of respiration but it could be referred from your shoulder or be due to a pinched nerve from your cervical (neck) spine.
