Neg nuc stress test in 2009 and 2013. Neg angiogram in 2014. Upper left chest pain with exertion. Why is this happening? Very frustrated.

There are other : Causes of exertional chest pain besides cardiac causes. Esophageal causes such as esophagitis or esophageal spasm need to be ruled out. Panic with hyperventilation can cause this.
