27f don't smoke, exercise regularly...I've been having upper back pain along with pain in both of my forearms. Also a heart burn feeling after eating.

Chest pain: Sounds like you have back strain and esophageal reflux or peptic disease, try antacid for the heartburn or over the counter ranitidine.
