Be persistent: If you haven't already, then see a GI dr. For val. At 6 months now, you issues are certainly chronic. You may need a CT scan, and a scoping procedure too-EGD. Gallstones: Symptoms from gallstones can be upper abdominal pressure discomfort, bloating and nausea. But gallstones are not likely causing left upper abdominal discomfort. Maybe: I'm not sure if I've hear this before but it is entirely possible if there is a timing correlation between when you drank it and the onset of your symptoms, that is likely the cause. Kombucha can be fairly acidic (pH of 2-3) because it contains by products of what is essentially fermentation.
