Ulcer??: See your doctor. You may have an ulcer. You may need medication, possibly an upper endoscopy to evaluate the stomach for an ulcer.
I recently began having mild pain and nausea in upper left abdomen. Pain has now moved to the center of the abdomen. Can this wait for doc appointment?
Hard to: Tell based on the information. It is better safe than sorry. Get checked ASAP to rule out acute abdomen
I've had upper left and right side abdominal pain, fatigue, nausea and vomiting for six months that doctors cannot figure out.
Be persistent: If you haven't already, then see a GI dr. For val. At 6 months now, you issues are certainly chronic. You may need a CT scan, and a scoping procedure too-EGD. Blood work to check for liver or pancreatic, or underlying infections, etc. Sometimes, gall bladder issues may be caused by "sludge" which may not show up on an Ultra sound or imaging studies, etc. Best wishes.See 1 more doctor answer
I have upper left abdomen pain with nausea fatique I also have gallstones the pain occurred immediately after drinking one glasses of alcohol I am 31?
Gallstones: Symptoms from gallstones can be upper abdominal pressure discomfort, bloating and nausea. But gallstones are not likely causing left upper abdominal discomfort. I do not know that drinking alcohol would necessarily cause gallstone symptoms. You could have gastritis or esophagitis, and could see a gastroenterologist for evaluation.See 1 more doctor answer

I'm having nausea, heartburn, bitter / sour taste, stomach ache, pain in lower right abdomen, feeling like to pee. UTI or acid reflux?
I find it: Hard to find a "single" explanation for your symptoms. Therefore suggest you may have BOTH reflux and a UTI aand you can add Gallbladder problem as another possibility! Hands on Examination strongly suggested! Hope this helps! Dr Z

After I eat I get upper abdominal pain, bloating, bubbles in stomach, lots of air, nauseas, sometimes spew. Losing weight fast. Bloods say allergies.
Celiac, gallbladder: You are female thirty years old and note difficulty after eating. Sometime you vomit (spew). You may need to be checked for celiac. There is a panel of blood tests. Also you may need to be concerned about your gallbladder. Start with a check up to your doctor. Record what make your better or worse and your doctor will help.See 1 more doctor answer
Many possibilities: If you have fever, vomiting or symptoms lasting over 4 hours, get to your doctor. If not, watch your diet. If you feel better with a low fat diet, it could be gallstones. Also hydrate and get your bowels moving. If your symptoms persist, an ultrasound, ekg and/or a scope of your upper GI tract should be considered.

Upper left abdominal pain for past year- no weight loss but less appetite and nausea- could this be something to worry about?
LUQ anatomy: Anatomically, the left upper quadrant (luq) of abdomen includes: spleen, pancreatic tail, stomach, descending duodenum, splenic flexure of the colon, associated vessels. Don't forget the diaphragm, heart, ; lower chest are pretty close by. The abdominal musculature, ribs, and skin can all contribute as well to localizing luq pain. Exam is appropriate for reassurance, diagnostic clarity, treatment.See 2 more doctor answers

Upper abdominal pain: Could be gastritis/ GERD with or without H pylori. Or gas in colon on the right side may be gallbladder issues or possible even pancreas. At age 50 would follow up with doc possible get CT of abdomen pelvis to rule out gallstones, mass even kidney issues. Reflux/ gastritis is diagnosed by endoscopySee 1 more doctor answer

Had no bm for 6 days. Excruciating left abdominal pain yesterday, had bm, pain is now moderate/severe dull/sharp. Nausea and dizziness. What is it?
Alarm signs to check: Recurrent abdominal discomfort is first addressed by accompanying signs/symptoms that may localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Risk factors? Excruciating pain needs immediate eval.

Several things: Pain that severe needs to be worked up by your doctor in person. He/she will listen to you, perform an examination and possibly order some tests to see what's wrong with you.
